Rahul Gandhi is the Congress leader who is transgender

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who has reached Siddaramautsavam in Davangere, visited Chitradurga's Muruga Math along with KPCC president DK Shivakumar and other leaders this morning.

While arriving at the Math, Rahul Gandhi visited Kartru Gaduge, Shri Murigi Shantaveer Swamiji, the author of the Math, offered flowers and meditated. Rahul Gandhi received isthalingadharana from Shivamurti Muruga Sharan of Muruga Mutt. He wore a lingadhar around his neck and wore vibhuti.

He requested that a representative of the Math be sent with him to train him in the ritual of Linga Puja.
